Formation of graduate’s professional, general professional and personal competencies that allow them to develop mechanisms for implementing personnel policy, apply modern technologies of personnel management, justify personnel programs for development of organization and implement innovative projects on personnel management.

- Have a state-recognized document of higher education.
- Pass the entrance tests successfully. Enrollment is carried out on the basis of a competitive selection in accordance with the Rules for admission to NCFU.

Program highlights:
Students will be able to obtain necessary knowledge and skills to develop and implement personnel management strategies. Students will master the principles of functioning of organizations, will have the opportunity to study in detail the process of creating and implementing projects on personnel policy, social development of companies, personnel motivation systems and currently used HR technologies, and will also be able to participate in research projects.
