If you are enrolled in NCFU:

Invitation to enter the Russian Federation

If you need a visa to enter the Russian Federation, you need to get an invitation from the university. It takes about 35 days to proceed.

To get an invitation, send the following documents and information to join@ncfu.ru:

- copy of the passport,

- copy of the educational document,

- completed application form in pdf format.

IMPORTANT!

Fill in the form using Latin letters in strict compliance with the passport data!

When the invitation is ready, you will receive it by E-mail, which you indicated in the application form, and you can use it to apply for a visa at the Embassy of the Russian Federation.

After you receive the visa, send a copy of it to the E-mail: join@ncfu.ru, and agree on the date of arrival in Russia and Stavropol.

When crossing the border, indicate the purpose of entry - STUDY!

Migration registration

After arriving at NCFU within 1 working day you need to come to the Passports and Visas Department (Room 316, 2, Kulakova Ave. (Hostel No. 8) and submit the following documents for application to the primary migration registration:

• passport + copies of all passport pages, including blank ones,
• migration card,
• copy of the ticket to Stavropol.

After a week get your migration card with a registration mark.
