General information
The Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy of the North Caucasus Federal University was established on the basis of the Institute of Education and Social Sciences in 2021. Currently, the faculty employs 57 teachers. Of these, there are 10 doctors of sciences, 37 candidates of sciences, and 5 people without a degree.

Educational activities:
The faculty provides training in 6 bachelor's degree programs, 1 specialty, 4 master's degree programs and 2 postgraduate courses.

It also provides additional educational services and advanced training in various programs. At the end of the training, a diploma of professional retraining is issued from 300 to 540 hours, giving the right to conduct a new type of professional activity; over 1000 hours with qualification.

Scientific research work
The faculty's scientists are actively engaged in scientific activities in the following areas:
1. "Personality-oriented models of the educational process", head, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy, Methodology and Technology of Education Taranova Tatiana Nikolaevna. Mishcherina I.V., Nedovz I.I., teachers of the Department of Pedagogy, Methodology and Technology of Education, as well as undergraduates of the 1st and 2nd courses in the number of 26 people work in this area.
2. "Psychological health and personal safety", head, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of General Psychology and Personality Psychology Belasheva Irina Valeryevna. Bondarenko E.V., Yesayan M.L., Makadei L.I., Polshakova I.N. teachers of the Department of General Psychology and Personality Psychology, graduate student Kolesnikova A.S. and 9 undergraduate students work in this field.
3. "Socio-psychological and conflictological competence of a personality", supervisor Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Social Psychology and Security Psychology Tereshchenko Eleonora Vladimirovna. Lukyanov A.S., Kozlovskaya N.V., Znamesky V.N., teachers of the Department of Social Psychology and Security Psychology, 10 4th year undergraduate students work in this field.
4. "Scientific, methodological and personnel support for continuing education and psychological and pedagogical support for people with disabilities," head, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Correctional Psychology and Pedagogy Natalia Borozinets. All 20 teaching staff of the Department of Correctional Psychology and Pedagogy, as well as students of 2-4 bachelor's degree courses, work in this field.

The faculty has a volunteer student group "Psyche", a student psychological film club "Inner Empire", a Student scientific innovation Center "Psychology of Health". The Faculty conducts systematic work on interaction with employers, an important aspect of which is to involve them in the implementation of educational programs. Using a systematic and process-based approach in their activities, the departments constantly monitor employers' satisfaction with the quality of graduate training.
