Today, in the heading "Rector speaks," the head of NCFU noted the main trends in NCFU's international activities in the field of science and education.
Scientists at the North Caucasus Federal University have developed a problem-oriented system for monitoring and responding to attacks in the Internet of Things environment. The security shield development project was implemented with the support of the Russian Science Foundation (grant No. 24-21-00481 on the topic "Methods of countering multi-vector attacks on decentralized Internet of Things systems").

North Caucasus Federal University is launching a project to create an academic translation agency, UNIVER-LINGVO, a multifunctional center. Its goal is to solve complex problems in the field of communication and international cooperation.
For the first time, North Caucasus Federal University has become a venue for the final rounds of the Zvezda multidisciplinary engineering Olympiad in natural sciences, bringing together hundreds of school-age minds.

Following the results of the KVN-2026 International Festival, North Caucasus Federal University has once again confirmed the high level of its teams, becoming one of the strongest participants in one of the main events of the club movement.

A new exhibition dedicated to the heads of the Russian public education management system has been opened in the main building of the North Caucasus Federal University. The portraits are located next to the Rectors' gallery. Professor Tatiana Shebzukhova, Acting Rector of NCFU, spoke at the opening.
