General information

The Center for Linguistic Expertise and Testing in Russian is a structural unit of the North Caucasus Federal University.

It was established by the order of the NCFU Rector No. 177-O dated September 11, 2012.

Functions:

Testing in the Russian language, the history of Russia and the basics of the legislation of the Russian Federation in order to obtain a work permit or patent, temporary residence permit, residence permit;

Linguistic expertise and research for plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases, participants in arbitration disputes, media editorial staff, law enforcement officers, lawyers, judges: in connection with the implementation of the law on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of citizens; in criminal cases related to charges of extremism, incitement of ethnic and religious hatred; in order to resolve controversial issues related to differences in understanding and interpretation of the text; to establish the speaker's communicative intentions.
