Department tasks:

Carrying out activities for the placement and registration of students, postgraduates, undergraduates living in University dormitories;

Acceptance of documents for registration at the place of stay and de-registration of citizens of the Russian Federation living in University dormitories;

Organization of activities for receiving information and documents necessary for the preparation of invitations, registration and extension of visas, registration at the place of stay, extension of stay in the Russian Federation for foreign students, students of the preparatory department of additional education for foreign citizens;

 

The department's activities are aimed at:

Representing the interests of the University in the state authorities of the Russian Federation in the field of migration on the following issues:

- issuing invitations to foreign citizens to enter the Russian Federation;

- registration at the place of residence of foreign citizens living in University dormitories;

- registration and extension of single-entry/multiple-entry visas to invited foreign citizens for the period of their studies at the University;

- termination (suspension) of legal relations in the field of migration with foreign citizens who have completed their studies, who have been expelled from the University, and who have taken academic leave.

Providing information support in the field of migration legal relations of the Russian Federation to foreign students, students of the preparatory department and additional education for foreign citizens at the University.
