The cooperation agreement embraces activities like joint events aimed at enhancing the NCFU’s students’ labor market competitive capacity, as well as arranging field placement training at the company's facilities.
– This multilateral cooperation will allow high quality fundamental training for young experts and designing a system that will finally bring together research, education and industry, – Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) was quoted as saying. – The University is planning a number of programs, updating the academic structure, and launching eight labs. It is important to help the local youth feel confident of their future, as well as to make sure the industry is interested.

Classes for schoolers and students will be held in industrial facilities, so this will be not some abstract training yet down-to-the-earth skill development.
Professional training of the NCFU students for the EuroChem Company will also be carried out in partnership with the Russian Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev and the St. Petersburg State Technological Institute (Technical University).
