NCFU Presents Degree Programs in Uzbekistan
The NCFU is now attending the Russian Education. Tashkent-2021 academic fair, arranged by the Rossotrudnichestvo (Russian Cooperation Agency) office in Uzbekistan, where prospective applicants are introduced to the degree programs available at the largest academic institution of the North Caucasus.
This fair is one of the events held traditionally in Uzbekistan, and is aimed at demonstrating the available potential of the Russian high school as well as promote cooperation between the two countries.
– Given this event, we can show the entire palette of Russian universities as well as the diversity of the degree programs they offer, - Pavel Shevtsov (Deputy Head, Rossotrudnichestvo), told the local reporters. – Besides, we can demonstrate the entire diversity of Russian regions. We want as many children from Uzbekistan as possible to know what areas we have in the Russian Federation, what universities function there, what degree programs they offer and what opportunities will be available once they graduate from Russian academic institutions and return home.
The NCFU has been an active participant of the event for several years now, and there is an obvious growth in the interest taken in Russian degree programs. The youth of Uzbekistan is attracted most to areas like Economics and Engineering, while many also would like to pursue a degree in Medicine, Pedagogy or Psychology – all the academic areas that the NCFU offers training in. Besides, the NCFU has presented unique joint degree programs run together with the leading universities of Uzbekistan, where students stand a chance to be awarded two diplomas provided they graduate successfully.
