On the Day of the Chinese Language, Lyudmila Alieva and Vladimir Samoylenko (NCFU) joined the radio program Talking Today talking about the potential of cooperating with universities of China.

While in the studio, they talked about the progress in expanding international exchange in the sphere of education between China and Russia, including joint degree programs, promotion of the Russian language abroad and the newer opportunities opening for both teachers and students.

– In the nearest future, we are going to launch 13 double-diploma programs in completely different areas – from computer science and technology, to advertising campaigns and marketing. This is going to be the first time to practice a split format of training – two years in Russia and two years in China, – Lyudmila Alieva (Head of Department for International Cooperation) was quoted as saying. – After two years studying in their home country, Chinese students will have a chance to travel here and attend classes at the NCFU. This also an interesting program since it allows our teachers to deliver our disciplines to Chinese university students. Already now we are preparing the first group of experts to travel to China and teach Russian.

Afterwards, Lyudmila Alieva and Vladimir Samoylenko answered questions and outlined the potential for undergoing training in China that is going to be available to Russian students.
