NCFU Experts Hold Maths Winter School in Kyrgyzstan

Maths experts of the NCFU arranged seminars for schoolers, university students and teachers, the main purpose of the event being offering consultation on how to solve various mathematical problems and save data in virtual media.
All in all, there were over 100 senior schoolers. Besides, the organizers held a special session for Maths teachers with 50 persons joining it from Bishkek, Kara Balty, Tokmak, and Kant (Kyrgyzstan), which was part of their refresher course.
– Successful mastery of Maths doesn’t involve only formulas and rules, yet it takes mathematical logic and knowledge of specific techniques, as well as practical experience. Our main goal here is to teach people how to understand Mathematics. We are happy that schoolers of Kyrgyzstan take great interest in Maths and have joined the school, – Anatoly Alikhanov (Dean, Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, NCFU) was quoted as saying.
Earlier, the NCFU held a Week of Maths in Uzbekistan and in Kyrgyzstan, with plans extending to launch a branch office of the NCFU.
