Ofelia Muradyan (Master’s Degree student, NCFU) has earned her double degree training (NCFU jointly with the University of La Sapienza, Rome, Italy) and has completed successfully her final research paper (major – International Management) supervised by a Professor from Italy.

This training course was going on for two years – one year was spent at NCFU, while a semester of the final year Ofelia spent in Italy where she was studying management, entrepreneurship, family business, and many more areas of Economics. The classes were delivered in English, and each subject involved completing a group project.

– One of my projects focused on family business in Italy. Things like that are extremely interesting – you get both new knowledge and skills, and get to know what it takes working in teams. There I met students from Italy, Belgium, Germany and Spain, - Ofelia told.

Once back to Russia, Ofelia started working on her final research project, while supervised by Prof. Francesco Caputo (Italy), who supervised the project online – via Skype or E-mail. The final of the project was presentation of the paper in Italy, where all the Jury (6 experts) awarded Ofelia 108 out of the maximum 110 points. A great success!

Now Ofelia is back working at the Department for International Affairs of NCFU, applying her fresh knowledge in her daily work.
