Medetov Nurlan Amirovich - Dr. Sci. in Physics and Mathematics, Pro-Rector for research activities and strategic development at NAO A. Baitursynov Kostanay Regional University (Republic of Kazakhstan).

In 2000 graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University with honours. In 2005 by the decision of Dissertation Council of Ural State Technical University he was awarded the academic degree of Cand. Sci. in Physics and Mathematics. By the decision of Dissertation Council at National Research Uiversity “MIET” of April 24, 2014,  he was awarded the academic degree of Dr. Sci. in Physics and Mathematics.

More than 70 research works published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications as well as in the materials of Kazakhstan, All-Russian and international conferences. 8 articles are indexed by Scopus database, 5 articles are indexed by Web of Science Clarivate Analytics (Thomson Reuters).

Full member of Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences and International Academy of Informatization.

Was awarded with a certificate of honour of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2016).

Research interests:

- conceptual and methodological foundations for the comprehensive protection of agents and objects of information relations;

- analysis of structural properties and parameters of objects using an comprehensive approach to processing the data of X-ray optical measurements.
