Dorina Elena Borisovna
Dorina Elena Borisovna – Dr. Sci. Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of National Economy and State Administration, Belarusian State Economic University.
Graduated with honours from the faculty of economics of Ogarev Mordovia State University (1982, Saransk, the Russian Federation).
In 1987 she completed postgraduate studies at BSEU in “Economics and management of the national economy”.
Defended candidate thesis in 1988 at the specialized council of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2007 has defended doctoral thesis on topic “ Formation of the institutional structure of the Belarusian economy in the context of transformation” at Belarusian State Economic University.
Has published more than 160 research works, including a study guide recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus, a training course and teaching materials recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
For the past 20 years she has been a scientific supervisor for a number of projects included in State research programmes, projects of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus.

- theory and practice of state administration;
- methodology and practice of forecasting and programming;
- problems of managing socio-economic development of a region;
- integration processes.
