World’s Top Experts Discuss Food Safety

NCFU hosted the International Research Seminar TECHNOLOGY AND SAFETY OF FOOD: RUSSIAN VIEW ON GLOBAL TRENDS, which was arranged jointly with the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), the Polytechnic University of Coimbra (Portugal), and the International ISEKI-Food Association.
The seminar was of a mixed format, with 25 people attending the event in person, while the rest of the audience – researchers, food companies representatives, postgraduates and senior students – were online.
The speakers came from Italy, Portugal, Slovenia and Russia, who have extensive experience in quality expertise both in Russian and international production. Through the seminar, experts focused on issues that are to be taken into account when developing food safety programs, namely staff training, compliance with respective standards, choice of equipment, as well as international legislation.
The event was concluded with certificates awarded to the participants.
