The participants of the program noted the high practical value of the presented experience – it can be useful in building a property management system in universities.
Following the meeting, promising areas of work were outlined: improving cooperation with the founder and the Federal Property Management Agency, developing partnerships with regional authorities and businesses on market terms, as well as forming an endowment fund to finance the property complex.
Such meetings allow NCFU personnel reserve participants to study successful management practices of other universities and adapt the best solutions for implementation at their own university.
