The North Caucasus Federal University hosted the annual NCFU Family summer event, which brought together more than 200 children of the university's staff and students.
The children's party was held in the style of the 90s to show kids how simple things can bring joy. We are talking about active outdoor games and DIY projects. The event was organized by the NCFU Human Resources Department.
A variety of themed venues have been prepared for the guests, including classic outdoor activities such as Dodgeball and Hopscotch games, Tetris competitions and mosaics. Also, the young participants, together with their parents, made bead baubles, tasted popular sweets and turned into cartoon characters of the 90s thanks to aquagrim. The guests were particularly interested in the intellectual quiz dedicated to cult films and cartoons of that era.

The highlight of the celebration was a soap bubble show and a prize draw. During the event, no one was left without a gift: the children received memorable prizes, and the parents were able to plunge into the atmosphere of childhood. The event ended with the creation of a common art object: children left their colorful handprints next to the Cheburashka mural.
The holiday itself is aimed at reminding that NCFU is a large, friendly family where human relations are valued and conditions are created for a harmonious combination of study, work and family life.
The NCFU Family event is held every year, and the support of families at the university is systematic. NCFU implements a set of measures aimed at helping students and staff, including financial assistance in significant life situations, flexible educational opportunities, psychological and legal support, assistance in finding employment and placing children in educational institutions. For example, this year, thanks to the federal project "Help Mom Learn," NCFU opened a mother and child room, as well as a short-stay group for children.
