— NCFU maintains a high level of employment, as evidenced by all our analytics, which confirm that graduates of the university are in demand. Therefore, our task is not to find a job for a graduate, but to help him choose a place of employment that suits both his specialty and the needs of the regional economy. Among other things, the "I'm Busy" career program helps in this, which is reaching a new level, expanding the scale both for employers and students. For example, the North Caucasus Federal District has already joined us, North Ossetia and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic will work, and students from the Kabardino-Balkarian and Chechen Republics have arrived," said Oksana Kuznetsova, Vice Rector for Youth Policy at NCFU.
In total, more than 1,500 students from various educational institutions of the district, including universities participating in the Consortium of Universities of the North Caucasus "Human Capital and a new economy for multiethnic regions", became participants of the program.
The project is designed as a comprehensive three–day intensive program covering three key modules - career, psychological and practical. Participants will receive master classes, trainings, interactive sessions, as well as individual consultations with career coaches and certified psychologists. In addition, online consultations with potential employers and Career Workshops experts will be available for participants.

Thus, a large-scale program was prepared for the participants, which includes, in addition to the three main modules, a job fair. The completion of the project will be an event with the participation of more than 20 partner companies. At the NCFU site, students will be able to communicate directly with employers, undergo initial interviews, learn about current internships and vacancies, and also participate in an open dialogue with a special guest, Konstantin Konotoptsev, founder of the Konstantin Event Agency.
It is important that at the end of the program, all participants will gain valuable experience, develop personal career strategies, and be included in the talent pool at the NCFU Career Development and Youth Entrepreneurship Center to promptly receive information about new vacancies and internships.
