North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU) has signed a cooperation agreement with the National Association of Prospectors and Designers (Nopriz).

The agreement was signed at the District Conference of Self-regulatory Organizations in the field of engineering surveys and preparation of project Documentation operating in the Southern and North Caucasus Federal Districts of the Russian Federation. The National Association of Surveyors and Designers itself is a national association in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design, providing interaction between self-regulatory organizations, their members and government agencies. This is the only such organization in Russia.

"NCFU has been a member of the North Caucasus Designers Union self-regulatory organization for 15 years. It is very important that the experience gained during this interaction is used in the preparation of students of the construction field at our University. The signed agreement will expand cooperation between the University and Nopriz in the field of joint development of educational programs, taking into account the provisions of professional standards in the field of engineering and architectural and construction design," said Oksana Mezentseva, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Professor at the Department of Digital, Robotic Systems and Electronics at the Institute of Advanced Engineering, Deputy Vice-Rector for Educational Activities at NCFU.

Also, the Acting State Adviser of the Russian Federation, 1st class, President of Nopriz Anvar Shamuzafarov donated a ten-volume anthology "Historical Cities and Villages of Russia" to NCFU. This is a unique comprehensive publication that contains information about all the historical settlements known today that have significantly influenced the development of our State.

The agreement confirms the high appreciation and trust of the professional community in the training of personnel for the construction industry.

Nopriz is a national association in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design, and also maintains a national register of specialists in the field of engineering surveys and architectural and construction design. At the moment, it is Nopriz that is the "bridge" between authorities at all levels and the direct performers of these works, and also influences issues of state policy in the construction sector.

Nopriz is divided by districts, the North Caucasus Federal District is allocated to the corresponding district. One of the SROs of our district, which is part of the Nopriz, is the self-regulating organization Union "Designers of the North Caucasus".
