The first stream of the Personnel Reserve program has opened at North Caucasus Federal University (NCFU), where employees focused on professional development will be trained for 2 months.
The Personnel Reserve Program is a university initiative aimed at developing and supporting employees who are ready to participate in solving the university's most important tasks.
"A total of 55 applications were submitted to participate in the Personnel Reserve. 30 of the most motivated employees from 15 structural divisions were selected, both from among the teaching staff and administrative and managerial staff. As part of the program, participants will receive six educational modules and work on projects related to the development of our native university. The result will be the protection of projects with an assessment of their readiness for implementation," said Professor Tatiana Shebzukhova, Rector of NCFU.

The candidates were evaluated by an Expert Council, which analyzed the project initiatives and motivational videos of the participants. During the training, university staff who have successfully passed the competitive selection process will be able to immerse themselves in university policy and project work, strategic sessions and informal events. They will learn about Strategy 2036, science, finance and youth policy.
On the first day, the participants worked with the federal expert, Vice—rector for Development and Innovation of Kazan State Energy University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Irina Akhmetova. She presented the federal agenda for the strategic development of universities.
The defense of projects aimed at implementing the university's development strategy until 2036 will take place in June 2026.
