NCFU has launched N-11 – Tutorship School where students will be offered master classes on teambuilding, inter-ethnic culture management, and conflict studies.

The audience are 80 students, who are tutors in various academic groups of NCFU. Nowadays NCFU has limited all larger events, so the students have been divided into 4 groups with no more than 20 persons present together at any given time.

As for the training itself, it will be delivered by the top experts of the Association of Coaches (Russian Youth Union) as well as senior tutors from NCFU.

– For me this school is a perfect chance to boost my management skills and get to know some public work, – Ivan Borodin (a participant, NCFU) was quoted as saying. – The University needs this work as it allows freshmen get to know all the specific features around and find their way through the studies and interaction around.
