Danil Peresvetov, a graduate of the Stavropol College of Communications and a future student of the North Caucasus Federal University, became the representative from the region. The young researcher and the other participants had to simultaneously begin completing the task, which consisted of three modules.

– We had to assemble and test a printed-component board prototype, – Danil explained. Each stage included specific tasks such as circuit design and technical documentation development. Now all that remains is to be patient and wait for the results.

Representatives of the expert group gathered in a single observatory center in the city of Cheboksary were responsible for acceptance of all works. The specialists could monitor the work progress remotely due to cameras installed in the classrooms. The winners in this and other fields will meet in the final of the VIII National Championship «Young Professionals» (WorldSkills Russia), which will be held from September 6 to 21. For the first time, the final competitions will be held in a remote-in-person format. The upcoming final will be the largest in the history of WorldSkills, as it will bring together more than 2800 people from 83 regions of the country. All these young professionals will be able to compete for prizes within 130 competencies.
