As Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) noted, the NCFU is ready to welcome students experiencing any issues in universities of Europe.

– We are willing to offer a helping hand to students who have any issues studying abroad, and this, above all, concerns students from the LPR and the DPR pursuing their degrees in Europe or in Ukraine, as well as nationals of Russia. Should they have any issues in their further training, the NCFU will hold its doors open to them, – Dmitry Bespalov was quoted as saying.

The North-Caucasus Federal University is currently involved in cooperation with 106 universities of 42 countries. Besides, the NCFU runs special stations where humanitarian aid is collected to be further sent to Donbass, while there are also helplines functioning to offer any psychological support that may be required to respective groups of people.
