The official website of the Accelerator of Entrepreneurial Competencies has been launched on the basis of the Resource Training and Methodological Center for the Education of the Disabled and People with Disabilities of the North Caucasus Federal University.

The unique NCFU RMC project combines educational opportunities, psychological support and affordable infrastructure for those who want to start their own business. Its mission is to help people with disabilities and disabilities realize themselves in business, believe in their abilities and become part of the professional community.

The Accelerator is a comprehensive educational program that goes beyond classical education. Participants will receive lectures on marketing, finance and management, consultations with experienced entrepreneurs and personal growth trainings. Each student receives a mentor and develops their own business model, which they can test in real market conditions.

– The launch of the website is an important step in the development of our project. Now everyone interested has a single entry point where they can get comprehensive information, apply for participation, or book our unique space. We have created all the conditions to help talented people believe in themselves and start a successful entrepreneurial path," said Oksana Mukhoryanova, Associate Professor of the NCFU Department of State, Municipal Management and Labor Economics, Head of the Accelerator, Candidate of Economics.

One of the key elements of the project was an inclusive co–working space for professional and educational initiatives, a space of 144 square meters, fully adapted to the needs of low-mobility users. There are workplaces, a conference area for 70 people, high-speed Internet and specialized assistive technologies.
