A trilateral cooperation agreement aimed at the implementation of the career guidance project "Energy Class" was signed at the North Caucasus Federal University.

The signing of the agreement was attended by representatives of three parties: Acting Director of the Pyatigorsk Institute (branch) NCFU Vladimir Fursov, Deputy Director of the branch of PJSC ROSSETI North Caucasus – Stavropolenergo Ruslan Eroshenko, expert of the Department of Personnel Management and Organizational Design of PJSC ROSSETI North Caucasus Olga Bondarenko, Head of the Department of Information and Digital Technologies of GRK Integral Oksana Boyko and Deputy Director for Educational and Methodological Work Ekaterina Gasanova. The purpose of the project is to organize a College–University- Enterprise partnership system.

– College–university cooperation is a process of interaction between educational institutions of different levels, which is aimed at improving educational programs and improving the quality of student training. We are focusing on creating a seamless education system between secondary vocational education and higher education," said the acting Director of the Pyatigorsk Institute (branch) NCFU Vladimir Fursov.

Strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and PJSC ROSSETI – North Caucasus will contribute to more effective use of the educational and material base, intellectual and pedagogical potential, increase the practice orientation of the educational process, organize joint professional activities and expand opportunities for industrial practice, excursions and meetings with professionals.

The cooperation will ensure the exchange of experience and knowledge between teachers, students and specialists of PJSC ROSSETI – North Caucasus.
