The North Caucasus Federal University has become the venue for the intramural stage of the V Managerial Tournament "Young Energy of the Stavropol Territory" ("UnErgia") – competitions for schoolchildren of grades 9-11 and college students aimed at forming a personnel reserve for the field of state and municipal administration.

More than 100 people from 21 teams took part in the anniversary tournament. The organizers were the NCFU Department of State, Municipal Management and Labor Economics together with the Department of Personnel, State, Municipal Service and Awards of the Stavropol Territory Government Office. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Stavropol Territory and the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Stavropol Territory".

The tournament program combined theory and practice. The participants were tested on the history of state and municipal administration, conducted population surveys to identify problems in their territories and proposed measures to solve them, participated in the My Stavropol quest, and also developed and defended projects to create creative social spaces in their places of residence.

The results of the competition are as follows:

● 1st place – TIMELIDER team, Secondary School No. 1, Budennovsk;

● 2nd place – the "Impulse of Success" team, Secondary school No. 7, Belomechetskaya village; the "Spektr-Lik" team, NCFU College;

● 3rd place – the Zvezdochka team, Nevinnomyssk Chemical Technology College; the Adrenaline team, F. G. Buklov Secondary School No. 14, Kursavka village.

The solemn awarding ceremony of the winners and prize-winners was held in the Government of the Stavropol Territory. The tournament consistently solves the problem of career guidance for young people towards public and municipal service, and NCFU has remained its key academic pillar for the fifth year in a row.
