The North Caucasus Federal University hosted the career festival "I'm Busy", which this year received the status of an urban event and brought together more than a thousand participants.
The organizers were the Department of Technological Entrepreneurship and the NCFU Center for Career Development and Youth Entrepreneurship. The festival brought together about 30 employers who presented students and graduates with relevant vacancies, internship and internship offers, as well as information about career paths in leading companies in the city and the region.
The honorary guests of the event were Denis Ilyin, Deputy Minister of Labor, and Svetlana Zenchenko, Vice Rector for Scientific Work at NCFU.

The festival program combines career guidance and interactive formats. The participants were able to try their hand at working with a UAV simulator, go on a VR hike, and take memorable pictures in a photo booth. Representatives of the #Overclocking project organized an RC racing ZONE in a mini format, which aroused great interest among students.
As part of the festival, an open dialogue was held with Pavel Kalashnikov, co-founder of the Stavropol clothing brand IAMREBEL. The meeting was devoted to issues of self-realization, student entrepreneurship and building a professional path.
The festival ended with the awarding of activists who contributed to the work of the Department of Technological Entrepreneurship and the development of the university's career policy during the year. There was also a raffle for gifts from the career platform "I'm busy".
