The North Caucasus Federal University has become the venue for a New Year's Eve celebration for foreign students, organized by the Union of Foreign Students and the preparatory department for Foreign Citizens.

The festive program brought together students from different countries and became a space for cultural dialogue, creativity and summing up the results of the year. The concert part was attended by university students, including students from the preparatory department, for many of whom this New Year was the first in Russia.

Albert Kumukov, Acting Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech, who emphasized the importance of intercultural interaction and the contribution of international students to university life.

The program of the evening featured vocal and dance performances prepared by students, as well as performances by NCFU graduates. Special attention was paid to the initiatives and projects of foreign students implemented during the year.

Within the framework of the event, an award ceremony was held for activists of the Union of Foreign Students, organizers of the New Year's concert and participants of the Law School for Foreign Students. Commendations were also presented to the leaders of the fraternities and the coordinators of student associations.

One of the key events of the evening was the summing up of the sports year. The university celebrated the participants and winners of the NCFU Peoples' Friendship Cup mini-football tournament, which brought together teams of international students and became an example of sports interaction and team spirit.

The New Year's Eve party ended with a joint dance and a festive greeting, symbolizing the unity and cohesion of the international student community of the North Caucasus Federal University.
