I am truly happy to wish you Good Luck on this Day of Knowledge, which is the beginning of a new academic year!

The people working in our federal university are extremely talented, goal-oriented and hard-working ones, and each year you make us feel happy with your academic success, research, creativity and public activities. I believe that this new year, which is a milestone year for the university, will be full of bright and outstanding ideas and projects, as well as lots of advances and victories. We are always willing to support all your initiatives and we will go on creating better conditions to help each of our students and teachers open up to the fullest extent in their potential.

And I would also like to have a special address to our freshmen. There is a bright and interesting student life in front of you. Now, please, never miss the opportunities that our university is offering – plunge into your studies, join students’ associations, master new skills and competencies that will help you be on top of success through life.
