Russian Spring Brings Around People of 20 Countries
Numerous students from Africa, Lebanon, Colombia, Mexico, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and other countries joined a special event celebrating the reunification of Crimea with Russia, which was held at the NCFU.
As Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) noted, there are plans to host this event on an annual basis.
– This ecological event held today has brough together our students, alumni, and employees, who are here now to celebrate this dare – the day when Crimea unified with Russia. This is the first time we are hosting the event, yet I believe it will become a good tradition, which is to bring together different generations and peoples of Russia under the flags of ecology and patriotism, – Dmitry Bespalov was quoted as saying.
The Russian Spring eco-event was held simultaneously also in other NCFU campuses in the cities of Pyatigorsk and Nevinnomyssk, with other universities from various parts of Russia expected to join it further.
