NCFU’s delegation joined the I International Conference Innovative Informational and Engineering Technologies (IIET-2020), which brought together scientists from Russia, Italy, Romania and Japan.
The Conference was held online, via the Zoom platform, with over 40 speeches delivered in English and in Russian. The entire event embraced three sections – Computer and Information Technologies, Engineering and Modeling & Management, where the participants discussed issues like artificial intelligence, wireless sensor networks, computer linguistics, signal processing systems, images, video, and many other advanced technologies. Representatives of NCFU told about the outcomes obtained through research in the field of information security, robotics and the Internet of things.
– Such international events allow us not only getting to know the projects done by our colleagues from other areas yet also establish contact and develop further cooperation, launch shared projects and complete them on the premises of our partner universities, – Maria Lapina (Assistant Director for International Activities, Institute of Information Technologies and Telecommunications) noted when sharing her experience.
All the speeches are to be published in the Conference volume IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering, which belongs to the Scopus international citation database.
