In this issue, the audience will know about the K-Labs Program, its participants and their mentors.

The program in question was launched in October last year in order to promote students professional growth as well as to offer them knowledge and skills that local employers are seeking most in their potential employees.

– K-Labs is the University’s pilot project so all participants had lots of questions at first, – Alena Dernovaya (Head of Center for Partner Projects and Staff Programs, dept for Student Potential Promotion, NCFU). – Everybody wanted to see how useful the program, will prove. Now, given the feedback we get from students, as well as based on our own feeling, we can say they all see what it means and they know why they are here. Students already place their requests for specific topics to be discussed, which is a good indicator, indeed.

The new issue of the program shows the way training is held within the program. Besides, you can see master-classes on leadership team-work skills development, have a look at the way students while they are studying online. Besides, you will hear the coaches and leaders share their impressions.

The first and the second issues of the program are already available at NCFU’s YouTube Channel as well as in the University’s social network accounts.
