This Day of Knowledge two new buildings opened their doors to students and teachers.

When welcoming everyone at the event, Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) noted that over 22,000 students will come to get new skills, including more than 5,000 freshmen from 61 areas of Russia as well as from 19 countries all over the world.

 – You have a bright and active road in front of you, – Mr. Bespalov said. – So, be ambitious, try to join all projects we have here, and expand your visions, also acquiring new skills and knowledge. And then, I am sure, you will make it!

After the welcome speeches the most fascinating moment came – cutting the ribbon thus opening the two newly build facilities with a total area exceeding 17,000 sq.m., where now top experts are to be raised to be further employed in various areas all over the region.

Besides, the guests could see some developments by the NCFU researchers – from food engineering to advances in construction business, after which they had a meeting with the most active students telling the youngsters about their success secrets and way to the top of profession.

The invited honored guests also attended another special event – the launch of a clock counting down the time to the milestone academic year (to be celebrated in May, 2022).
