Students from abroad will enjoy a special right to get employment with no special permission. The respective law is to come into effect on August 5, and the Center for Career Guidance of NCFU is launching a respective phone line to offer counseling.

Subject to Federal law # 16-FZ of 06/02/2020, full-time foreign students studying under a state-accredited program will be allowed to find an employment in their free time with no permit or patent.

To enter into an employment or civil contract with an employer, students will have to submit nothing more but a letter from the respective Institute confirming that they are studying in Russia. Accordingly, the employer will not have to obtain a permit to employ foreigners.
