NCFU hosted From Russia With Love – an International Blogger Forum where over 200 students had a great chance to meet some of the most famous bloggers, both Russian and foreign.

The event itself was part of the Foreign Russia project, the purpose of that being helping foreign students get to know the Russian culture and make themselves comfortable here.

– I believe that after the event each of us has become a bit of a blogger, and this is our first step. And now, that I have come to know what our honorable guests do, I really want to join the media culture, so thank you for coming over and delivering such great master-classes to our students, – Amin Osmaev (Pro-Rector for Youth Policy, NCFU) noted in his closing speech.

The two days were more than training – each participant could attend a workshop, master some new blogging skills and, of course, try their hand in some true project. And, of course, the best ones were announced winners, including an NCFU students whose video gained over 14 K views.

The special guests were famous those we more often see than meet, namely, Romina Bageri (a food blogger of Iranian origin, 3.7 mln followers) and Lorenzo Bagnati, an Italian classical pianist who moved to Russia a few years ago and now boasts of 3.5 mln followers, trying to bring them all closer to music through his blog.
