Students of the North-Caucasus Federal University have advanced to the semifinals of the X International Engineering CASE-IN Championship (Oil & Gas Engineering sphere).

CASE-IN is one of the largest projects held as a contest involving engineering case solving, and serves a good platform to promote youngsters seeking to find their way in the area of fuel and natural resources management.

This time 23 student teams came to lock horns where the participants were allowed 7 days to solve a case offered by the Yakutsk Fuel & Energy Company – Russia’s oldest gas producing company. The final result evaluation, where the NCFU team won, was also done by the company’s experts.

Now the winners will represent the Stavropol region in the semifinals, which are to be held in Moscow. Well done, folks! Good Luck!
