Oksana Zadumkina, (student, NCFU) has advanced to the final stage of the INNOSOCIUM Russian National Contest for Social Projects where the winner will be awarded funding for a project.

The purpose of the contest is to draw public’s attention to the social issues faced by the society nowadays as well as to reward students contributing to the promotion of social progress.

This year the contest includes five nominations – Female Leadership, Territory Development, Culture – Regional Initiatives, Tribute to the Senior Generation and Youth Entrepreneurship.

Out of 635 projects submitted initially, 25 works were selected including that or Oksana who joined the nomination of Tribute to the Senior Generation aiming to improving the life quality for senior citizens, integrating them into general social life and teaching them advanced technologies.

Right now Oksana is busy developing the budget and a detailed explanation for the project to present it all to the Jury. The winners will be awarded 500,000 RUR each.
