Grigory Lavrov (student, NCFU) has become a winner at the VI International Youth Oil & GasTatarstan UpExPro 2022 Conference.

The Tatarstan UpExPro 2022 event is a unique chance for students to try their hands on the research career path, gather new information and field experience, as well exchange knowledge with colleagues from other countries, and was held at the Kazan Federal University, gathering around over oil & gas 200 students coming from 30 universities of Russia as well as from Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Belarus.

The NCFU representative, Grigory Lavrov, delivered a speech that stirred a lot of interest among the experts and was awarded bronze in the Development of oil, gas and condensate fields section.

– In my research I developed a new technology, which allows enhancing the effect of hydrofracturing, and new methods are important in this area now, – Grigory shared. – Besides, the fact I joined this event is a really bright spot. We had a tour around the city and the University, and I was really impressed with the labs, the staff employed here, and the research projects they told us about.
