NCFU Rector to Analyze Youth Involvement in Student Initiative Programs
The North-Caucasus Federal University held another meeting of the Academic Council to discuss a number of urgent issues, where one of the major focuses was on involving more youngsters in various programs aimed at promoting student initiatives.
As Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) noted, it is important to analyze and understand how much young people are involved in various initiative programs, and help them develop their athletic, creative and all other potential along with supra-professional competencies.
The pandemic has certainly affected the modes of work with young people, however, the NCFU has managed to go on meeting all expectations to the fullest extent in view of the youth promotion agenda.
Other issues discussed focused on awarding Associate Professor titles to a number of teachers, as well as on approving special incentives to award special financial bonuses to the staff, etc.
