NCFU Promotes Tutorship System

Tutorship is an important part of university education. A student’s tutor or mentor can be a university graduate, for example. NCFU is currently running two programs aimed at comprehensive development of tutorship.
As part of the Н-12 project, NCFU has got an internal network for extracurricular training focused on shaping professional and business skills in students, who have already designed their individual growth plans, underwent tests and attended lectures delivered by the leading experts.
– This project is aimed at enhancing the efficiency of employment system for our graduates, – Dmitry Bondarev (Head of Career Guidance Center) noted. – Many graduates have already found jobs, while three of our students are now also part-time employees of the University.
Besides, NCFU runs the Н-11 project where experienced senior students help their fresh counterparts both get used to the new academic setting and establish proper interaction with their friends and teachers.
