Prof. Elena Ezhova (Head of Dept for Advertisement and PR, NCFU) has won a prize at the Media-Education Ambassadors International Contest for Higher School Teachers.

The contest was held to bring together and promote experience in the area of media-education, with university management invited from 32 parts of Russia and ex-Soviet republics, and this is where Prof. Elena Ezhova earned her place among the best ones, winning her well-deserved silver.

 – My pedagogic motto is that expressed once by the Austrian pianist Artur Schnabel who said once that a teacher’s role is to open doors. This is exactly the purpose of what I do since media-literacy among youngsters, developing skills of media-communication, creativity and team-working skills – these are the competencies that allow youngsters becoming successful in the new socio-economic reality, - Prof. Ezhova was quoted as saying.
