NCFU attended the Russia show to present the numerous achievements involving the most diverse areas of human activity.

Moscow’s biggest exhibition center now has turned into an area where you can see the progress our country is proud of in areas like power energy, transport, construction engineering, economics, culture and even sports, the purpose pf the event being contributing to the national economic progress and cooperation.

And here is where NCFU people could put their best foot forward – Natalia Oboturova (Dean, Faculty of Food Engineering and Biotechnologies) delivered an extremely captivating lecture talking on the diversity of resources that Russia can use to drive its food industry ahead, while the specifically interesting pat was the Microbiology As a Life Anatomy master-class where the visitors could get to know about the microorganisms – both good and not so good ones – that are to be found in foods.

The next equally interesting part of the program offered by the NCFU team is Food Chemistry and Taste Design as well as the Food of the Future open lecture to teach the audience how to tell good original food from any fake products.
