As NCFU goes on expanding its cooperation horizons, a delegation of the University, guided by Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) is visiting Palestine, welcomed by Al-Istiqlal University – a security institution, with a cooperation agreement already signed between the two.
Both Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) and Prof. Dr. Nour Al-Din Abu Al-Rob (Prsident, Al-Istiqlal University) noted that one of the most promising areas for cooperation is information technology.
– NCFU goes on promoting links and cooperation with academic institutions of Middle East. We have plans to launch joint labs as well as methodological support to be offered to teachers of Russian and holding interactive classes for all those willing to get to know the Russian Language and culture. This will serve a huge impetus to promoting academic, research and other projects between Palestine and Russia, – Dmitry Bespalov noted.

Apart from experience and academic data exchange, NCFU and Al-Istiqlal University plan to arrange master classes and summer schools for students majoring in respective areas.
Other important meetings Dmitry Bespalov had, were with Dr. Mahmoud Abu Mwais – Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Vasily Frolov – Head of the Russian House in Bethlehem, where more than a few joint projects and Russian overseas academic policies were the focus of discussions.
Plans are enormous, and challenges are abundant, yet nothing is impossible once you start it with the right partners. Great job, NCFU! Go on ahead!
