The largest University in the North Caucasus has earned its spot in the University Impact Rankings, which has been published by the Times Higher Education (THE) since 2019.

THE rates universities based on the impact they have on the public sustainable development as well subject to the contribution they make in arriving at the respective goals as defined by the UN. The entire rankings include 1,115 universities from more than 90 countries globally, the NCFU rated in between Lines 401–600.

– The results announced by THE University Impact Rankings 2021 offer perfect proof to the policies pursued by the NCFU in implementing the “third” mission and involvement in solving socio-economic issues faced by our region. And we are not going to stop here, yet will go on working and developing social oriented projects, in both academic and research areas, following the goals as set by the Russian Government thus aiming to promote the national well-being, – Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) was quoted as saying.
