NCFU hosted a School for Staff Reserve, where the participants spent two days polishing their management skills and shared experience.

One of the major tasks for the trainings was boosting management skills – setting the aims and planning.

– These master classes are another step towards self-development, motivation to go on working on personal progress, – Veronica Katovich (Head, Center for Staff Development, NCFU) was quoted as saying.

During the master classes delivered by Ksenia Nazarenko and Yevgeny Matvienko – the leading experts and competent coaches – the participants learned how to eliminate various negative issues arising in the team, how to build relationships, identify strengths and weaknesses, and outline the prospects for further development.

The school ended with a personal development plan designed for each participant.
