NCFU is hosting the Russian National Oil & Gas Olympiad for schoolers and university students.

The event is held with support from the Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communications of Stavropol Region, whereas the purpose of it is to identify the most talented students to help them advance in the area of engineering.

The Olympiad started on Feb 7, 2023, and isa to go on until April 25, 2023, in two stages – individual and teams.

The selection is held online. Following the selection stage, all the participants will be awarded their certificates, while the best ones are to be invited to the next stage. The winners of the Olympiad shall enjoy preferences when seeking admission to universities.
