The NCFU has held a meeting of those planning to pursue their degrees at the University with the NCFU’s most prominent and successful alumni.

The major purpose of the event was to offer potential applicants a chance to get to know more about the place and the opportunities they can enjoy here, and this was done extremely well because the invited speakers – those who once worked hard to earn their respective degrees at the NCFU, and those who now hold different positions, from members of Parliament to technology experts at the local dairy plant  – shared more than a few interesting success stories and gave truly good advice.

– We really wanted to explain to the schoolers that success never means earning your degree in a university of Moscow or St. Petersburg, but that success means a lot of hard of work and reaching for the stars. And who else could show this if not our former students? This is why we invited the best ones, who were more than willing to share their secrets, – Aleksandra Alekseeva (Project Manager, Dept for Schoolers’ Guidance) was quoted as saying.

And the invited schoolers were more than interested – questions were numerous, and eyes were shining.

– This meet-up was definitely worth coming to Stavropol. I did know some big names, yet never knew they got their degrees from the NCFU, – Semen Baratov (participant) noted. – Such meetings are important since they allow getting to know this place, and then they build trust.
