NCFU Hosts Master Class by Celebrity Chefs
The Caucasian Hospitality School of the NCFU hosted a master class delivered by potential employers, celebrity chefs and members of the North-Caucasus Culinary Association.
The cuisine of the Caucasus has already become extremely popular all over the world, given its diversity and great taste.
The Balkarian hychins and branded cheesecakes, for instance, were cooked while supervised by Biso Chechenov – President of the North-Caucasus Culinary Association, founder of the Authentic Cuisine of the Caucasus project, ambassador of Chefs Team Russia, judge of the National Culinary Association, brand ambassador of the Samura company and holder of many other titles and awards.
And if this is not enough to make your mouth water then we will go on telling you that other delicious things included cod fillet with vegetables and smoked veal fillet with pasta, panna cotta with matzoni (a popular diary product) and tarragon with simulated honeycombs, as well buckwheat popcorn to name just a few. And all the palatable masterpieces were not just cooked but created by the most celebrated aces of this yummy job.
Still have questions? Oh, by the way, none of those attending the event left on an empty stomach, of course. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, eh?
