NCFU Hosts Conference to Bring Closer Young Researchers
NCFU held the International Conference MEDIA-READS: View from Young Researchers, which brought together 130 participants from all over Russia and Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the event was to develop a place where youngsters could discuss various research outcomes, enhance their skills as well as get their well-deserved awards.
– We can hear more and more about drain of young staff from the research field. Now, we are trying to accumulate our research potential thus showing to everyone the level of our performance and analyze the situation. This sort of criticism is extremely important for those studying to become experts in Journalism, where one of the major skills implies analyzing the information you get, – Olga Lepilkina (Head of Dept for Journalism, NCFU) was quoted as saying.
