Prof. Ivan Evdokimov (NCFU) was elected to be a moderator at a conference in Moscow (Russia).

The event, which focused on functional dairy products was part of the DairyTech 2023 Show, where Prof. Evdokimov was not a moderator only yet also a speaker, talking about the creation of the first Russian production of lactulose and products with prebiotic activity, done by NCFU experts within a Russian grant.

– We are safe to say now that no other technology is as good and as and affordable as healthy functional eating, in terms of helping us improve people’s health, – Prof. Evdokimov noted.

The DairyTech 2023 attracted over 140 companies from 13 countries who came to present their products and equipment, with over 4,000 dairy industry experts attending the event.
