Dmitry Bespalov (Rector, NCFU) joined an online conference held by the Russian Student Sports Union.

The conference was held to report on the outcomes of the Union’s activities as well as to elect a new governing body, while Mr. Bespalov was elected a member of the Executive Committee.

– The Russian Student Sports Union is the main coordinator of all – both Russian and international projects – in the field of student sports, - Dmitry Bespalov was quoted as saying. – Cooperation with the Union will enable the Federal University to develop further our students’ sports potential, and I am sure that our cooperation will allow NCFU to be up to new heights in this area.

The Russian Student Sports Union is an association that brings together 64 regional branches and coordinates the activities of sports clubs in more than 600 universities all over the country. The organization is a full member and representative of Russia in the International Student Sports Federation and the European Student Sports Association.
